Johnathan Allen Waddell, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he kicked in a door to a home on Alfred Avenue.
Reports added that Waddell then proceeded to poke a 31 year-old woman on the forehead.
Waddell is charged with criminal trespass and battery.
