A 38 year-old homeless Rome woman, Dorris Hope White, was arrested this week after reports said she was found walking in the street while under the influence of drugs.
Reports added that White had trespassed on property at Pine Street and Roseway Circle.
Reports added that White then refused to leave the property after being directed to do so by police.
White is charged with criminal trespass, pedestrian under the influence and two counts obstruction.
