Larry Don Pruitt, 39 of East Point, was arrested at Binkley’s in Rome after reports said he ran from officers after they asked if they could pat him down during a domestic altercation.
After capturing Pruitt, officers stated that they found in illegally in possession of a firearm.
Pruitt is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and obstruction of police.
