Two inmates at the Floyd County Jail, Dustin Warren Ballard, 24 of Silver Creek, and Dylon Turner Baker, 24 of Ellijay, are now facing additional charges after they allegedly flooded their jail cell.
Reports said that used a sink and toilet to flood the cell before breaking a sprinkler head in the cell.
Both are charged with felony interference with government property.
