A Rome man, Jeffrey Scott Freeman, 43, who is an inmate at Rogers State Prison is facing additional charges after reports said he violated a protection order when he sent a woman three letters while incarcerated.
Reports added that in one of the letters Freeman told the woman “not to contact the district attorney’s office because he is already in enough trouble”.
Freeman is now charged with aggravated stalking.
