Latrice Cierra Purrier, 29 of Marietta, was arrested this week after reports said she hit a 32 year-old woman in the face and neck.
Reports said that the victim suffered visible markings and a contusion.
The incident occurred at a home on Woodbine Avenue.
Purrier is charged with battery.
