Francisca Shantel Moore, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she lied to the Georgia Department of Labor in order to receive benefits in the amount of $3,700.
Reports said that Moore committed the acts between July 1 2017 and September 16 2017.
Moore is charged with effect of false statements and misrepresentations to receive benefits.
