John Marcel Tyler, 31 of North Hollywood, California, was arrested at Winslette Pharmacy after he allegedly attempted to fill two medications with fraudulent prescriptions.
Reports added that while being taken into custody he was found to be in possession of marijuana.
Tyler is charged with possession of marijuana, obtaining or attempting to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud, forgery or concealment of fact and being a fugitive from justice.
