Henry August Priebe, 64 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he snuck into the property of Rome Automotive Towing and siphoned gas from nine vehicles.
Reports said that Priebe was captured on video surveillance cameras committing the acts.
Priebe is charged with criminal trespass and nine counts theft by taking.
