Lisa Renae Bynum, 55 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said she set a victim’s “bed clothing” on fire.
Reports said that the victim was forced to extinguish the fire and pull a medical alarm for help.
Bynum is charged with arson in the first degree.
