Christopher Wade Garrett, 32 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he illegally entered another’s property and stole scrap metal.
Reports added that he was found with an unprescribed pill that was determined to be Oxycodone.
Garrett is charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
