Joshua Berdell Perdue, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he took unlawful dumps on numerous occasions around Rome.
Reports said that on February 21st he unloaded a large mount of trash at a location on Addington Drive. Reports stated that he was identified by a contractor’s badge that was left in the trash. Again, on the same day he was observed unloading a large amount of debris, including two tv sets, 2 drawers and a variety of clothing.
Perdue is charged with two counts of unlawful dumping.
