Tamela Dawn Brown, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week at Kroger on Turner McCall Blvd after reports said she loaded a shopping cart with $563.17 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying.
After being apprehended police said they found a meth pipe as well as 9 Xanax pills on her.
Reports added that Brown also ignored officers commands to place her hands behind her back during her arrest.
Brown is charged with theft, possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, nine counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and obstruction of law enforcement. fffff
