Odessa Peyton Horton, 64 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said she shot at another person before destroying their clothing and vehicle.
Reports said that Horton fired at the victim outside a home on Lakeridge Circle while in a crowded area.
Police went on to state that Horton proceeded to drive her car into the victim’s vehicle before she poured sugar in their gas tank and broke their windshield.
Reports added that Horton also poured bleach over the victim’s clothing after placing them into a bathtub.
Horton is charged with aggravated assault, possession of a gun during the commission of a crime, reckless conduct and criminal damage to property.
