Jennifer Michelle Millican, 37 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said she called 911 and then proceeded to curse and use vulgar language toward a dispatcher.
Reports added that the language was done without provocation and only to harass them.
Millican is charged with unlawful conduct during a 911 call.
