Pamela Tyler Shepard, 61 of Kingston, was jailed at her home on Kerece Road after she allegedly lied to police about the whereabouts of a wanted criminal.
Reports said that Shepard lied to police in order to allow her husband to escape capture. Reports added that she later admitted to lying to officers.
Shepard is charged with obstruction and hindering the apprehension of a criminal.
