A homeless Rome man, Tytrekas Marquis House, 34, was arrested at Hobo Canyon after previously being told to stay away from the property.
Reports said that while being taken into custody for trespassing he was found to be in possession of two glass smoking devices containing meth.
House is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and criminal trespass.
