Irby Joe Trotter, 34 of Rome, and Michelle Lynn Akins, 44 of Lindale, were jailed this week after reports said Trotter stole a yard waste bin from a home on Evergreen Street.
Reports added that Akins aided Trotter in the theft.
Trotter is charged with theft by taking
Akins is charged with party to a crime.
