Diane Lapreece Carmichael, 43 of Rome, was arrested at the Northwest Georgia Housing Authority after having been previously banned.
Reports said that a search of Carmichael led police to find a smoking device containing suspected cocaine.
Police added that Crmichael was also wanted for failing to appear at court.
Carmichael is charged with two counts criminal trespass, possession of cocaine, failure to appear and probation violation.
