James Eugene Dupree Jr, 53 of Armuchee, was jailed this week after reports said he was found trespassing at a home on Old Airport Road.
Reports said that Dupree was found in an outbuilding of the home after being told to leave earlier in the day.
Officers stated that while searching Dupree they found him to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Dupree is charged with criminal trespass and meth possession.
