Anthony Chris Dupree, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him to be in possession of two meth pipes containing drugs.
Reports said that Dupree attempted to break one of the meth pipes inside a police car.
He is also accused of illegally entering a home on Worsham Street.
Dupree is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, tampering with evidence and criminal trespass.
