Latarius Alondrea Dupree, 30 of Rome, was jailed at the Dollar General on North Broad Street after police said they found him to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe containing methamphetamine.
Reports said that officers located the drug on Dupree after he was found trespassing at the store. They added that Dupree had been previously banned from the location.
Dupree is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and criminal trespass.
