William Justin Mathis, 30 of Rome, was jailed this week after he allegedly attacked numerous victim’s and their telephones.
Reports said that Mathis broke one person’s cellphone before putting another victim by the arm.
Reports continued to say that Mathis then ripped a landline telephone from the wall.
Mathis is charged with criminal trespass, simple battery and cruelty to children.
