Chase Ladon Posey, 17 of Plainville, was jailed this week after reports said he pushed a 65 year-old woman and second elderly man.
Reports added that the victim suffered visible marks on her arm.
Authorities went on to say that Posey hung up the victim’s telephone when they attempted to call 911 for help.
The incident occurred Autry Road.
Posey is charged with two counts simple battery and obstruction of a person making a 911 call.
