Kayla Renae Cook, 33 of Lindale, was jailed this week after reports said she jeopardized the well-being of a child after the home was found with dog feces throughout, minimal food, and no power.
A glass smoking device was also found lying on the counter.
Cook is charged with cruelty to children by deprivation of necessary sustenance.
