Ezekiel De’Shun Chester, 19 of Adairville, was jailed in Rome after police said when they attempted to pull him over for failing to maintain a lane he tossed a r marijuana blunt out of the passenger window of his car.
A search of his car led police to then find an open container of alcohol. Police went on to add that they spotted Chester supporting his cellphone with his body.
Chester is charged with possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence, failure to maintain lane, open container, distracted driving and possession of alcohol by a minor.
