Jordan Glanton, 18, of Rome was arrested this week for having drugs and a weapon on school property.
According to police, Glanton, who is a student at Rome Transitional Academy, was found with a marijuana “blunt” and a razor in his pocket. As a result of the search, the school was disrupted of its normal operation.
Glanton is charged with felony possession of marijuana in a public school, felony carrying of a weapon within school property, and disrupting public school.
