Tony Curtis Langston, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly broke into a home of someone that had a TPO placed on him and proceeded to pour gas over the living room in order to set the home on fire.
Reports added that while in the home Langston lunged at the victim causing her to flee the home in fear of her safety.
The incident occurred on McGee Bend Road.
Langston is charged with first degree burglary, arson in the first degree and aggravated stalking.
