Corey Wood, 37, of Rome was arrested this week for running from police.

According to police, on August 28, 2018, Wood was pulled over and found to be driving while his license was suspended. He then proceeded to attempt to flee on foot and disobeyed officer’s commands to stop.

Additionally, on November 11, 2018, he intentionally damaged a property on Ashland Park Blvd.

Wood is charged with probation violation, failure to appear, willful obstruction of law enforcement, criminal trespass, and driving with a suspended license.
