Coosa High School’s Lady Eagles volleyball team captured their second straight state championship last weekend with a win over Elite Scholar Academy.

The Lady Eagles (38-9) claimed claimed the Class A/AA Public state championship match in comeback fashion after dropping their first set. The tema then closed out the next three sets, 25-20, 25-21 and 25-19.

The appearance was Coosa’s third state championship game appearacne in a row.
