Samuel Peterson, 24, of Cedartown was arrested this week for terroristic threats in Rome.
According to police, Peterson was stopped for speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. After being stopped, Peterson began to yell threats of violence.
Peterson is charged with felony terroristic threats, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving too fast for conditions.
