Jessica Cowan, 21, Spencer Couch, 20, and Cody Ferguson, 23, all of Cave Spring were arrested this week for pointing a pistol at another, stabbing another person, and terroristic threats.
According to police, Couch and Ferguson had made plans to meet up to fight. Ferguson allegedly threatened bodily harm to Couch over text and then drove to Couch’s residence with the intent to fight.
During the altercation, Couch pulled out a pistol and pointed it at Ferguson and his girlfriend. Couch stated he would shoot them.
During Couch’s altercation with Ferguson, Cowan allegedly pulled out a knife and began to stab Ferguson’s 21-year-old girlfriend. Cowan stabbed her multiple times in the torso and other parts of her body. Cowan also stabbed her in the chest and punctured her lung.
The altercations took place in front of Cowan and Couch’s residence.
Couch is charged with felony terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, pointing a firearm at another, and harassing communications.
Cowan is charged with felony aggravated assault, felony aggravated battery, misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct, and affray.
Ferguson is charged with disorderly conduct, terroristic threats, and harassing communication.
