When finally stopped, he was found with less than an ounce of marijuana.
Fain is charged with three counts of felony aggravated assault, felony tampering with evidence, felony possession of a firearm, third-degree cruelty to children, running a stop sign, aggressive driving, attempting to elude police officer and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
