Michael Dewayne Green, 39 of Rome, was jailed at Rick’s Food Mart on Martha Berry Blvd after he was found trespassing and with drugs.
Reports said that Green was refused to leave the property after previously being banned.
While being taken into custody Green was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Green is charged with possession of meth and criminal trespass.
