Deboria Arrant, 45, of Rome was arrested this week for sexual battery.
According to police, Arrant made contact with the victim’s intimate parts of her body while she was asleep. The victim woke up with Arrant over her while still touching her.
Arrant is charged with misdemeanor sexual battery.
