Katie Neshea Boyer, 36 of Cedartown, is facing additonal charges this week after she was allegdly found to be in possession of marijuana and methamphetmaine inside the Floyd County Jail.
Boyer was originally arrested after she allegedly used a 56 year-old woman’s debit card without her permission at Kroger back on August 14th.
Boyer is charged with fraud, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, felony possession of methamphetamine and two counts of felony crossing the guard line with contraband.
Boyer also is being held for Polk County Sheriff’s Office on unspecified charges.
