Melissa Ann Cunningham, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she intentionally ran over a 48 year-old woman in Wright Street.
Reports said that Cunningham struck the victim twice, resulting in injury to the victim’s legs.
Cunningham is charged with aggravated assault.
