Denise Ann Morgan, 41 of Rome, and Melissa Michelle Bonds, 44, of Rome, were jailed this week after police said th women bothe made “physical contact of an insulting and provoking nature” to another.
Reports said that Morgan’s were agsint a four year-old child. Police went on to say that she then proceeded to give false information to police
Bonds is accused of hitting a 41 year-old woman in the face with an open hand. The victim allegedly suffered a busted lip.
The incident occurred on Myrtle Street.
Morgan is charged with simple assault and false statements.
