Nicklous Yvone Barnes, 30 of Rome, was jailed this week after police said he entered into numerous outbuildings at a home on Lindsey Road and stole various items including two saws, a bag and several keys.

Police went on to say that Barnes then entered a truck on the property and stole another set of keys before stealing a motorcycle.

He was later found and captured at the intersection of Lindsey and Highway 27.

While being questioned police said he lowered himself to the ground and acted in a hazardous manor.

Barnes is charged with 2nd-degree burglary, theft by taking a motor vehicle, felony theft by taking items from a motor vehicle and entering an automobile.
