Nicholus Daniel Mason, 22 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome after police said he raised his fist to hit his 15 year-old brother before threatening to kill both the teen and their mother.
Reports added that the assault and threat occurred at the intersection of Booger Hollow and Martha Berry Highway.
Mason is charged with simple assault and terroristic threats and acts.
