Kerry Joe Itson, 37 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week hours after a protective order was placed against him.
Reports said that the victim took the protective order against him around 9 am and later that afternoon he allegedly called and texted the victim
Itson is charged with felony aggravated stalking.
