Terrell Jerome Nesbitt, 60 of Cartesville, was arrested this week after police said they found a marijuana roach and cocaine in his pants pockets.
The drugs were found during a search at the intersection of Looney Road and Highway 20.
Nesbitt is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
