Stephen Brock, 46, of Armuchee was arrested Thursday for disrespecting police officers and resisting arrest.
Brock is accused of “flipping birds” and calling officers obscenities while officers were serving an active arrest warrant on Brock’s son.
Brock proceeded to resist when officers were trying to take him into custody.
Brock is charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers and disorderly conduct.
