Felisha Nicole Costlow, 28 of Silver Creek, was jailed this week after police said she was found running naked down Old Rockmart Road.
Reports said that while engaged in a verbal dispute she ran out of her home and jumped onto a passing vehicle.
The vehicle suffered damage to its top from Costlow’s body.
Costlow was then located by police on Hillside Drive in Lindale. It was there she allegedly ran towards the door of a home and forced her way inside.
While being taken into custody she reportedly fought with arresting officers.
She was then taken to a local hospital where she allegedly kicked a nurse and officer in the head before threatening to kill the officer and blow up the hospital.
Costlow is charged with public indecency, criminal damage to property, first degree burglary, two counts felony obstruction, two counts simple assault, two counts battery, disorderly conduct, and terroristic threats and acts.
