Latrez Rashad Deshon El-Amin, 19 of Rome, was arrested at the Floyd County courthouse after reports said he caused a disturbance.
Reports said that El-Amin began to yell in the hallway and refused to get on the elevator when given lawful commands.
El-Amin is charged with disorderly conduct.
