Danny Glen Hall, 60 of Cartersville, was arrested at Floyd Medical Center in Rome after police said he told them that he was going to “kick his a$$ and make him like it”.
Reports added that Hall said that the comment was “not a threat, it was a promise”.
The incident occurred when Hall was found passed out drunk beside the hospital.
Hall is charged with criminal trespass, public drunk and terroristic threats and acts.
