John Michael Watts, 37 of Jonesboro, was arrested at Johnny’s Pizza on Broad Street in Rome after police said he became loud and distributed the peace while intoxicated.
Police stated that while questioning Watts he repeatedly refused to give officers his name or date or birth.
Watts is charged with public drunk and obstruction of law enforcement.
