Russell G Barlow, 26 of Lindale, was jailed this week after reports said he stole over $1,500 worth of merchandise from the West Rome Wal-Mart.
Reports said that the thefts occurred over time from June 13 to July 31 of this year.
Barlow is charged with felony theft by taking.
