Ebony Stocks, 30 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome this week after police said she began to curse and scream in the ER at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Reports added that Stocks also threw and broke a hospital telephone.
Stocks is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
