Terita Terri Mitchell, 31 of Rome, was arrested after police discovered she allegedly signed a traffic citation with someone else’s name.
Reports said that the incident occurred back on May 1st.
The victim reportedly lives at the same address as Mitchell.
Mitchell is charged with forgery, giving false name and address to police, false statements and writings and driving on a suspended license.
